Strengthening DeKalb County's Small Business Community

The goal of the Program is to provide businesses that historically have had difficulty accessing traditional sources of funding with other avenues for access to capital. Our loan criteria are not the same as those at traditional lending agencies. We look at factors including character, business capacity, and projected cash flow, as well as the impact a business will have on the greater DeKalb County community. Additionally, we're committed to helping growing businesses through the loan application process and providing them with technical assistance.
